SEM 39362 is a mild abrasive cleaner used as the first step in refinishing flexible substrates. This product is the first step to applying a clean looking paint job to vinyl, plastic and leather surfaces. 

  • Qty: 16 oz bottle
  • VOC: 24.5 g/l (Not for use in California)
  • Application: Apply directly to vinyl, plastic or leather. Scrub with a fine grit gray scuffpad paying close attention to any seams and crevices. Rinse thoroughly with a damp clean cloth. 
  • Gravitates into surface and floats contaminants for easy removal
  • Mild abrasive helps with adhesion
  • Foaming action removes body oils and other water soluble contaminants
